San Francisco: renovation in Pacific Heights.
The original façade (lower left) was covered with cement shingles. In removing them, we discovered the “ghost” of the original trimwork hidden beneath (upper left), allowing us to reinterpret the original design. The interior was completely remodeled as well. Completed in 2005 on a budget of $375,000.
